Brenda Bufalino, Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts

Produced by the Jerome Robbins Dance Division, the two-week residency provides Bufalino the opportunity to pass down solo material, along with historic ensemble choreography. In this open program, an intergenerational, international group of tap dancers rehearses with and learns from Brenda Bufalino in her Library for the Performing Arts tap dance residency. The works in progress will be discussed and shared in an informal setting as part of the teaching and learning process, highlighting the artistry involved in continuing the legacies of this art form and, specifically, Bufalino's singular style.
